So, how are those New Year’s resolutions coming along? What about the one you made about getting healthy: did you start? Are you staying on track? Finding things you can eat without feeling deprived?
If the answer is yes, then congratulations! If the answer is no, well then, join the club. As you know, one of my goals for 2013 is to work off my “blogger butt”. Easier said than done! Lifestyle changes are H-A-R-D to make, especially when they involve my tastebuds. Since I really do love to eat, the tricky thing for me is to find healthy foods that are filling and flavorful so that I don’t feel like I’m missing out. I’ve been making a list of tasty, nutritious snacks that I can munch on during the day, and I’m happy to share it with you.

YUM – some of these look awesome thank you for sharing! I’ve been eating low carb, cutting out most gluten even though I’m not intolerant, and upping protein since I’m working out more. I miss sugar! But… I know it will be worth it.
If I need chocolate I snack on the Cocoa Roasted Almonds.
