Initial Consultation Fee
- $120: We offer an initial consultation to discuss your project and understand your vision.
Design Fees
- $500 to $10,000: Our design services range from basic plans to comprehensive 3D renderings, tailored to meet the complexity of your project.
Project Management Fee
- 15% to 20% of the total project cost: We manage your project from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
Deposit or Retainer
- 25% to 50% of the total project cost: An upfront deposit secures our services and covers initial expenses, allowing us to begin your project promptly.
Permit Fees
- $500 to $2,000+: We can handle all necessary permits for your project, with costs varying based on the type and scope of the work and local regulations.
Mobilization Fee
- $500 to $2,000: This fee covers the costs of getting our team and equipment to your job site, ensuring we’re ready to start your project efficiently.
Hourly Rates for Small Jobs or Repairs
- $150 per hour: For smaller projects or repairs, we offer competitive hourly rates to fit your budget.
Consulting Fee for DIY Projects
- $200 per hour: If you’re managing your project but need professional advice, our consulting services are available on an hourly basis.
