One of my all time favorite recipes is my sister Tiffany’s artichoke dip! I am telling you people, probably the easiest, most delicious hot dip recipe you will ever try! The kind of recipe, that you really hope you have left overs for, and then you eat all by yourself for breakfast the next day if you get that lucky… I’m just saying….
And since it is Christmas, and party season, I thought it would be appropriate to give you this most valued and simple recipe to make your lives a little easier. Especially because the day before your party you can throw the ingredients together, pour into your baking dish, cover, and refrigerate. About a half an hour before your guests arrive, preheat the oven and pop it in! It will be ready in no time, with no hassle whatsoever!
Easy Artichoke and Parmesan Dip Recipe
1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip!!)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 can chopped green (4.5-ish oz. size)
1 jar artichokes, roughly chopped (approximately 1 cup total) these can be marinated or not
Drain and chop artichokes coarsely. In a medium bowl mix mayo, cheese and chilies. Fold in chopped artichokes (so they don’t fall apart) Spread into casserole dish (8” x 11’”) Bake at 375 for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot with melba toasts or tortilla chips.
