It’s no secret that decorating with maps is a trend I’m happy to follow, right? (I thought this map art was awesome!) So I’m super excited to show you my latest Etsy find–a shop that combines maps AND home improvement.
This lamp table covered in paper shingles cut from an old map is just. plain. amazing. and it comes from Zipper 8 Lighting.
It was the map lights that reeled me in to Zipper 8, but when I discovered they had lighting made from all kinds of crazy objects, I was caught–hook, line, and sinker. Check out this soda can tab drum shade:
That’s got to be recycling at it’s best! Here’s another one I loved, a pendant made from cocktail umbrellas. I can only imagine how pretty the light looks shining from it.
Be wowed by more creative lighting options at Zipper 8 Lighting. I’ve got to go make a light from something in my recycling bin, right now….
Now it’s your turn to highlight what you’ve been making and selling. Remember, this link up is mainly for cottage industry shops–individuals and families working at home etc.
