First, remove the mirror from the frame. Careful of sharp edges.

Spray a few spots on the back of mirror to remove reflective mirror paint in those spots. Let sit.

Cut fabric into strips to cover frame with some overlap. Spread mod podge on the frame

Lay fabric over the frame and work it into any moldings grooves. Cover with a coat of mod podge.

Start scrubbing the silvering off the mirror back.
