Spicy Korean Chicken Soup

- 4 oz. boneless chicken
- 3 Cups water
- ⅛ Cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ Cup green onions
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- Sriracha sauce to taste
In a pot pour the water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and brown sugar.
Stir and place over medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
Add the chicken, green onions, sesame seeds and sriracha.
Cook with the lid on the pot for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Remove chicken and shred. Return to pot.
Serve, and enjoy
