For the Frosting
½Cupbutter
¼Cupberry preserve
2Cupspowdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well until the batter gets shiny and has no lumps in it.
Pour the batter into a greased a cake pan.
Take to the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
Meanwhile, whip up the frosting: in a bowl add the butter and berry preserve and mix for 3 minutes. Then incorporate the powdered sugar and continue mixing until fluffy.
Once the cake is done, remove from the oven and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
Remove the cake from the cake pan and let it cool for 25 minutes.
Serve, decorate with frosting, top with berries, and enjoy.
