These turtle bars are packed with flavor and all the delicious things a good turtle candy has. Caramel drizzles, big chocolate chunks, and chopped pecans.
- ½ Butter stick
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup flour
- ½ Cup brown sugar
- ¼ Cup melted chocolate
- ½ Tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ Cup chocolate chunks
- ¼ Cup chopped pecans
- Salted caramel sauce
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a baking tray.
In a stand mixer combine the butter and egg until creamy.
Add the flour, sugar, chocolate, and cinnamon. Mix until the batter thickens.
Pour the batter in the 9x10 baking tray and top with the chopped pecans and chocolate chunks.
Take to the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool down.
Cut into bars.
Drizzle the caramel sauce
