Mango Sunrise Smoothie

This Mango Sunrise Smoothie will get everyone awake and out of the door in no time. Packed with flavor and notorious is the best way to start your mornings!


  • 3 Mangos peeled
  • 1 Banana peeled
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tsp grenadine syrup
  • 2 Cups ice


  • Cut the fruits into small pieces and place them in a blender.
  • Incorporate the orange juice, sesame seeds, grenadine syrup, and ice.
  • Blend until well combined.
  • Serve in tall glasses and enjoy.


For a fresh kick incorporate a dash of mint leaves in the drink.
