Remember that many Dollar Tree supplies can be ordered in smaller quantities (as few as 4!) and delivered directly to your house. This makes it so easy to plan a craft day with friends, without even having to go out.
Add Ribbon
Weave the black and white wire ribbon in and out of the garland loops. You can do this every few garland wrappings to ensure an even distribution.
