Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a donut pan.
Combine milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, oil, and salt in a medium bowl.
Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa powder) in a separate bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ones.
Stir until evenly mixed.
Bake for 15 minutes or until donuts rise.
Let donuts sit 5 minutes to cool off.
In a food processor add the strawberries, butter, cream, and sugar.
Pulse until evenly blended.
Transfer to a piping bag and drizzle on top of donuts in a zigzag formation.
Serve and enjoy.
