Ingredients
2tablespoonsolive oil
2bagsred potatoesmini
1tablespoondill
1tablespoonparsley
1tablespoonbasil leaves
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/3cupparmesan cheesegrated
Instructions
Pour olive oil into the slow cooker and rub it well all over the inside of the pot.
Wash the mini red potatoes and cut them into halves before placing them in the slow cooker.
Top the potatoes with dill, parsley, basil leaves, and garlic powder.
Add another tablespoon of olive oil and toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Set the slow cooker on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 4 to 5 hours, cooking until the potatoes are tender.
Just before serving, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes for an extra burst of flavor.
