- 3/4 Cup frozen banana coins
- 3/4 Cup almond milk (or your milk of choice)
- 1/2 Green apple
- 1/2 Cup frozen mango
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
Add the banana, almond milk, apple, mango, vanilla extract and maple syrup to the glass of a blender.
Pulse until everything is incorporated and you have a thick and creamy smoothie.
Pour into a glass and decorate with your toppings.
