Ingredients
4pork chops
3TBSFlour
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
½tspsalt
½tsppepper
2eggs
1cupparmesan cheese
Oil for frying
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
On a plate mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
In a shallow dish whisk together 2 eggs.
Pour 1 cup of grated parmesan on a plate.
Dip each pork chop in flour mixture until well coated on all sides.
Dip in whisked eggs on both sides.
Press each pork chop into parmesan and coat well. Let rest on parchment paper while oil heats.
Pour 1-2 cups of oil into a frying pan and heat on low-medium heat for 5 minutes.
Once oil is hot, place two pork chops at a time in the oil and fry for 5 minutes on each side.
Place the first two pork chops in preheat oven to keep warm.
Repeat steps for the second two pork chops.
Serve with mashed potatoes and your choice of veggies.
Notes
You only need about ¾ inch of oil in your pan. Depending on the size of your pan you will need 1-2 cups.
