25 Best Not-Too-Spooky Halloween Decor Ideas

It’s the first day of October! Wahoo! It’s time for warm soups and pumpkin bread and pinning Christmas cookie recipes. And, best of all, I can decorate for Halloween!

Halloween is a big deal around here, and not just because it’s a quirky, fun holiday. Justin and I actually had our first date one Halloween not so very long ago, and that’s an event that’s worth celebrating (and decorating)! Now that we have two little girls joining us in our Halloween festivities, we like to keep the decorating fun and friendly. Yes, we do enjoy getting a good night’s rest without little ones coming to wake us up saying they had scary dreams about the zombie head on the piano! Chances are you feel the same way, so I’m excited to share 25 fun ideas for family-friendly Halloween decor, today.

I’d be so thrilled if you’d share this post with your friends on Pinterest by clicking on the Pin It button, above. If you’d like to pin pictures from the feature images, please follow the links provided to pin directly from the original source. Thanks!
