Hi Remodelaholics! For those who don’t know me, my name is Michelle and I’m the editor of a creative lifestyle blog called Elegance & Enchantment and I also run a stationery/print shop called Enchanted Prints. Thanks for having me back to share a new printable design! You may remember some of the other printables I’ve shared here, like these Note cards and these Father’s Day Coupons. Today’s freebie is all about my favorite season: summer!
There is so much to love about summer, but I think what we all appreciate most is being able to kick back and spend time with our family and friends. If your family is anything like mine, your celebrations will be centered around food, and barbecue is pretty much a must when it’s warm out. Is it just me, or does everything taste better on the grill?
Whether you are planning a get together for July 4th, or just on a random Saturday, I’ve designed this pretty barbecue invitation that you can send out to your guests. I’ve left space for you to write in the details of your party, or you can open the PDF below in Adobe Reader (free download, if you don’t already have it), and type in your information, using your favorite font. There are two invitations up on an 8.5 x 11 page, that are 5 x 7 when they are trimmed out. They’ll fit perfectly in A7 (5.25 x 7.25) envelopes.

And don’t forget to make the party even better with a portable cutlery organizer
convenient drink caddy (which can also be used for cutlery or treats)
and of course, some awesome backyard games!
These are cute, but I can’t change the font on the PDF. It looks like a typewriter font. Any ideas?
Hi Jackie! Glad you like the invitation. Yes, you are able to change that font. Please check out this article that I shared, and scroll to step #3: https://www.eleganceandenchantment.com/how-to-add-text-to-a-pdf/ Let me know if that helps!
My home computers use linux, and the PDF reader is Okular. So those instructions won’t work. Thanks for replying! Sometimes instructions are similar, but in this case its not. 🙁
Bummer! I’m so sorry about that. I’m not familiar with those platforms, but try doing some googling— it may still be possible!
