Friday Favorites: Kid Room Ideas and a Christmas Porch
Favorite Porch Sign: Design Dazzle used a buffalo check background for this gorgeous porch sign. We love how she styled it for Christmas on her porch, but a last name or any other word could be stenciled on it and in whatever color of buffalo check. So cute!
Favorite Way to Utilize a Nook: Stacy’s Savings took a boring nook and turned it into a dry bar! This has to be so handy when entertaining! Drinks, dishes, a place to serve food. I wish I had an awkward nook to tranform!
Favorite Faux Halloween Decor: Our reader Marianne shared this cool project she created for some halloween decor. She simply made faux book spines, decorated them spooky and then leaned them against her everyday books. So compact for storage too!
Favorite Shared Room Accent Wall: Anika’s DIY Life is so creative! I love this idea for a shared room with each side having some personality, but working all together.
Favorite Christmas Gift You can Make: Abbotts at Home made this cool tent out of PVC pipe. I’ve been wanting a tent for my little one and this might just be what ends up under the tree for her.
Favorite Easy Build: Queen Bee of Honey Dos shows how to build simple crates. This is a perfect project to use up extra wood, or reclaimed wood. Think of all the organization possibilities.

Favorite Girly Room: There is so much to love about this room. If only I could decorate my master like this. Although I think my husband would mind. Haha. What is your favorite part? I seriously can’t decide. I want it all.

Favorite Foyer Mirror: Mirrors are always fun in an entryway. And practical. Check out your hair and make up before heading out the door, right? But this one isn’t just a mirror, it has some serious character!
Thanks for hosting and enjoy your weekend!
