Neutral Master Bathroom Remodel
Shower: Used to have cultured marble slabs that matched the counter tops and the typical frosted shower door with lovely gold accents. |
New tile (purchased from Home Depot for 58 cents per tile) and frameless glass enclosure (our big splurge that took us a while to up for). |
Vanity with painted cabinets, new hardware, new faucet, and customized frame for builder’s grade mirror. |
Hubby’s vanity with fresh paint, new faucet and lighting as well as a customized frame on the mirror.
The jacuzzi tub, which we kept, with it’s new tile surround, towel bar, faucet, and accessories.
We love this little shelf below the window, because it is great for display and makes you feel cozy in the bath tub. Some simple accessories . . . apothecary jars with potpourri and bath bubbles. View of the window with new curtains (tutorial to follow), paint, blinds, and toilet paper holder.
Another view of the new shower!
This is the original tile, but it used to have white (ok, nasty white) grout, so I stained it a neutral color that would hide the grim. |
