Avocado and Raw Broccoli Soup
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Sprouts for topping
- Additional broccoli florets and green onions for topping
- Take broccoli, half an avocado, lemon juice, green onions, garlic, water and blend it in a blender.
- Puree, season with salt and pepper, and stir in olive oil.
- Chill for several hours, and serve topped with a few finely chopped broccoli florets, some sprouts, and chopped green onions.
