Bacon and Veggie Pizza Recipe

Not all of you have a Papa Murphy’s pizza place around and I am so sorry that for you if you don’t!  I have to say it is BY FAR my favorite pizza place.   It is a take and bake place and the Chicken Mediterranean De’lite pizza is sent from heaven.  IT has completely converted me to thin crust pizza!

But going to a pizza place more than once a week can get expensive fast, so the other day when i was at the store, I bought a 2 pack of pre-made thin crusts.  Because if that is at least done then pizza can be a simple fast meal.  So the other day, I decided to use my pizza crusts and I tried to channel my inner Papa Murphy’s with the not so ordinary toppings.  And it was truly very good! I made notes along the way so i could do it again… and hopefully you can try it too!

Top With:
Torn Spinach
2 Roma tomatoes cut into half moon slices (1 for each pizza)
Sliced Mushrooms 8-9 mushrooms
Sliced Zucchini (1 medium sized zucchini)
