Put your own special touch on a Christmas Wreath this year. Check out these 5 creative Christmas wreaths you can make yourself via tipsaholic.com #wreaths #christmas #diy 5 DIY Christmas Wreath

One of the most wonderful things about Christmas is the plethora of Christmas crafts. If you’re like me, I’m constantly scouring Pinterest for fantastic, affordable ideas. Why not start your holiday crafting this year by making your own Christmas wreath? There are a variety of options to fit the skill set and ambitions of the most novice to advanced DIY-ers.

To get you in the holiday crafting spirit, here are five of my favorite DIY Christmas wreaths. Happy crafting!

1. Pine Cone Frame Wreath

A different take on the traditional Christmas wreath, Dana from Make Them Wonder used an old frame and hot glue gun to make this pine cone masterpiece. This wreath can be used indoors or outdoors and would make a wonderful addition to your holiday mantel.

2. Grapevine Wreath

Follow Laurie from Passionate Penny Pincher‘s lead and pick up a few items from the dollar bin at your local craft store to spruce up a basic grapevine wreath. This wreath can be changed with each season or holiday so it’s always fresh and new.

3. Jingle Bell Wreath

All you need is a wire coat hanger, some duct tape, and 100 mini jingle bells to make this adorable wreath from designer Paul Lowe. Consider adding a fresh sprig of holly and your favorite ornament to give your wreath some extra pizazz.

4. Book Page Wreath

The versatility of the book page wreath knows no bounds. Use decoupage to cover a basic wreath form in book pages or sheet music and then add your own embellishments such as a fancy bow, tinsel, or garland.

5. Clothespin Wreath

Not only is this clothespin wreath affordable and easy to make, it also serves a dual function as a Christmas card holder. Thanks to Jess from Craftiness is Not Optional for this great idea!
