Friday Favorites: Painting a Piano and Upcycled Folding Table

Those are just a few of the great ideas we have to share in this week’s edition of Friday Favorites.

Favorite Knock-Off: This used to be a regular folding table, but Find It, Fix It, or Build It really turned it into something special. This is perfect for adding extra table space in a nice way.

Favorite Paint Project: I love how pianos can be such a statement piece in home decor. I’ve wanted to paint an old piano for a long time, but haven’t tackled that project yet. I’m glad She Holds Dearly has so that I can read how she was able to paint hers.

Favorite Geometric Art Piece: There is always just something about straight lines of a geometric project that are so appealing. My Love 2 Create whipped up this gorgeous heart art that is perfect for Valentine’s or any other day.

Favorite Easy Project: Sometimes you want things to fit your tastes. Like these candles. They could just be white, but no! Dazzle While Frazzled teaches how to make custom candles with ribbon. I can think of so many fun possibilities.

Favorite Storage Solution: Do you have a miter saw? Keep it organized with this miter saw storage bench by The Handyman’s Daughter. The best part is it stores more than just the saw and has a place to use the saw. Double duty is always a plus. 

Favorite Giant Project: This clock was made from a table top. So that gives you an idea of how big it is. What a smart idea to create it by Brooklyn Berry Designs.

Favorite Book to Read: The Fixer Upper look with all the tips in this book! I can’t wait to start reading it. You can find it here (affiliate link).

Favorite Headboard: I hope I’m not the only one who loves stripes. They are just classic. Great on clothes and home decor. This striped headboard has won my heart this week.

Favorite Nursery: White and classic makes this space look nice, bright, and calming. Plus, the pops of blue could be changed for pink or another color and look equally great. Oh and the pendant art is a great touch too.
