Before we get to the Friday Favorites, we are in a design competition with La-z-boy! We would love it if you would take a minute to vote (you can vote once a day) right over here or by clicking the photo below. AND if you vote you are entered to win some big money! Thank you for your help!
Now to the party! It seems like it is now officially summer. Time to get to work on some projects! It is the perfect time to work on DIY projects outside and we’ve got a lot of inspiration for you this week. Build an indoor succulent garden with a fun theme or redecorate with thrift store finds. See all of these ideas and more below.
Favorite Indoor Garden: Abbott’s at Home created the most adorable succulent garden. It has succulents and a vintage camper theme, complete with little lights. I’m dying over the cuteness.
Favorite Clock: Sadie Seasongoods always takes the most simple items and turns them into works of art. Old dominos helped make this unique clock perfect for a game room or any room with a vintage touch.
Favorite Thrifted Look: Saw, Nail, and Paint designed this gorgeous blue and white bedroom using thrift store finds. She hit the jack pot on so many items and arranged them all for a homey bedroom makeover.
Favorite Chair Reupholster: She Holds Dearly did a fabulous job on this chair. I have wanted to try a chair reupholster like this one but don’t think I’ll do it justice. Not the case with this beauty. It looks so perfect.
Favorite Planter Hack: Grillo Designs has such a knack for fun planter ideas. Can you believe that was an IKEA stool before it was a planter holder? So cool!
Favorite Bench Legs: Timeless Creations picked out the perfect legs for this bench. I love the turning and it really shows the distressing beautifully.
Favorite Window Seat: WINDOW SEATS are some of my favorite built-ins. I mean they can have character, a cushion, storage. Oh and this one has wallpaper and adorable pillows.
Favorite Chandelier: This chandelier, gets a couple of heart eye emojis from me. The color is one of my favorites. Plus, it adds some great visual interest.
Favorite Backsplash: Brick is a great way to add texture to a kitchen. Install it in a herringbone pattern for a different look! Would you use brick in your kitchen?
