Okay, so we’ve confirmed the fact that I’m a confirmed, card-carrying Chocoholic. But the truth is, I don’t stop at chocolate. I love dessert! And it’s not just the eating I enjoy, either. I can’t help it–I really love to make desserts. And I make dessert often enough that if I wasn’t willing to share, Justin and I would already be wearing dentures! So, I try to run some laps, do a few extra squats, AND send Justin to work with treats for his coworkers as often as I can.
Here’s the dealy-o, though. As fun as it is to slave in the kitchen all afternoon and be rewarded later with a rich, gooey pan of brownies or some other treat, I don’t always have time for that. And there are days when a girl just has to have her sweet treat and have it NOW, right? So I’m a big advocate of desserts that can be made in….the microwave!
That’s right, there’s no delayed gratification with the collection of recipes I’m sharing, here. Assemble the ingredients for any of the following 25+ desserts, and you are just minutes away from having your dessert and eating it, too! Hooray for the inventor of the microwave, and the smart cooks who didn’t stop at popcorn. Tonight, you can treat yourself (or your loved ones, if you decide to share) with time to spare.
