Fridays here at Remodelaholic are all about encouraging you to make your home a sweeter place to live without spending a bundle. This September, our focus is on children’s rooms, and today, I’m delighted to share some of the cutest rooms EVER with you.
These darling nurseries were all designed and decorated by moms who happen to be bloggers. Each has it’s own personal flair, but all of them were created with lots of DIY spirit and thrifty ideas. The pictures I’ve featured here are just the tip of the iceberg–make sure you click over to the featured blogs to read about and see sooooo many more budget (and baby!) friendly details.
I’d love it if you’d pin and share this post with your friends on Pinterest using the button above. But if you’d like to pin individual pictures, please follow the links provided to pin directly from the original source. (It’s the right thing to do!)
First up, I want to show you one room that functioned as two nurseries from Me & Wee. It’s a great example of how you can get more mileage from a space and some basic furnishings just by switching out art, accessories, and linens–very budget friendly!
Above, the pretty aqua and yellow girl’s version of the space:
And, down the road, the switch to a nautical boy’s room.
I really like the deep colors in this nursery by I Like It I Love It.
An ultra feminine nursery from Dear Lillie.
The woodwork and built ins in the nursery at Sharps Farm give it such an elegant feel.
This must be the sweetest room ever to be found under the eaves of a house, from First Time Fancy.
Don’t those rooms make you want to have another baby or two, just for the fun of decorating a sweet nursery? Hmmm? Stay tuned for some big kid rooms, coming up next week!
