
Summer is here, which means the season of the s’mores is upon us. There’s nothing like spending an evening out in nature nestled around a campfire roasting marshmallows with people you love. However, you don’t have to go camping to enjoy the delicious flavor combination of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers. Get cooking with these 10 delicious s’more inspired desserts!
Traditional cheesecake gets a s’mores-worthy makeover with a topping of melted chocolate and roasted marshmallows. The cake’s graham cracker crust, complete with an extra layer of chocolate, makes this dessert so decadent you won’t be able to handle more than one serving.
A s’mores calzone is the perfect combination of salty and sweet. It’s quickly become one of my favorite desserts. Add a glass of milk or scoop of vanilla ice cream to compliment the rich flavor.
3. S’mores Dip
All you need to make this s’mores dip is a cast iron pan, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers. It’s perfect for serving the whole family and can easily be made at home or while you’re camping.
Spice up your next movie night with this s’mores popcorn. Golden Grahams cereal stands in for graham crackers along with mini marshmallows and melting chocolate. Tip: wait a few minutes for the chocolate to harden so you don’t end up with super messy hands.
Making these cookies is a little trickier than some of the other recipes but they are well worth it. A few best tricks to keep in mind are to chill the dough and make the top layer of the cookie thinner than the bottom to allow for the marshmallow to melt properly.
