Art Inspiration… Something to Try Creating.

Another inspiration from Apartment Therapy.

 

I really love modern art, and I am not talking about the Andy Warhol painting in this particular image.  What caught my eye in this picture in that art in the background…

I love this piece, I am not sure what it is, but I am thinking gold leaf, or leafing paint, and old rustic wood.  Could also be metal, but I like the wood idea.  

 

Is this a piece that you would like, or do you hate the style?  Inquiring minds want to know!
