Written by Cassity

….on the 3rd day of Christmas my blog friend gave to me….
Only one today, but isn’t it so cool?
Woven Ornament

Cut chip board into 12 thin strips approx 1/4 -3/8″ inch wide by 6-8″ long. (I used an old Christmas gift box, but you can use anything you have, including cereal boxes or even just plain card stock)

For the instructions watch this video (this is where I got the idea in the first place):
She does a great job and it is so clear on how to make it.
Describing it would be harder to understand!

Just wanted to share.. These are lovely and I made one this morning! I used a fancy Mylar gift bag that had been regifted enough. It turned out beautiful! I’ll be making about 6 more for my picture window. And I’m going to make some small ones for my baby girl who just moved into her first apartment and needs ornaments for her first Chriatmas tree. I’m inspired.
Thank you for all the lovely and clever things you pin on Pinterest!
