They would be look so charming on a mantle, in a winter wonderland decor setting, or as Christmas tree ornaments! And the process is easy enough to be a fun family activity! And if you love luminaries for a special occasion, you may love to make these diy dimensional paper flower lanterns, and these easy and free diy botanical ice lanterns would make your days merry and bright!
How to Make Mini House Luminaries
First step: Download the free printable using the button below and print them out on 8.5″x11″ card stock. I really like using this great card stock , it’s has a nice weight, yet very easy to print and cut. I also made free templates of another set of mini houses if you want a little more variety! You can check them out here.
Step Three: Make the folds along the score lines, then glue the little house together. The little house will have an open bottom – no floor – so we can put it over an LED tea light candle. I used these, they have a nice bright and warm glow.
See how easy these are to make? Now you are ready to create a magical little village with them!
