Hello, I think we’ll definitely be trying this Wassail punch this year! Have you ever made this punch with apple cider instead of apple juice? I have some apple cider on hand I’d like to use up…hoping it won’t overpower the other flavors in the recipe… thank you!

    Michelle,

I’m Irish and this is OLLLLLLLDDDDDD timey. Sooooo good! If you ever get to Richmond, VA, go take the tour of the Agecroft Mansion that was moved here from Europe away back in the early 1900’s. They have an awesome tour in the winter for Christmas where they have a little Shakespeare theater along with a real antique cauldron of Hot Apple Wassail outside with costumed actors, the whole 9 yards! Really special!
