I love a good workout, but sometimes a pulled or sore muscle can become very unpleasant. If you love the relief of muscle creams from the store then you will love this easy homemade muscle cream. The smell is amazing (thanks to the essential oils) and it works to naturally relieve muscle pains. Just rub a bit on the sore spot and relax a little bit.
What you will need:
essential oils: Valor, Panaway, Peppermint and Lemongrass
Homemade Muscle Cream
Whip 3/4 cup organic coconut oil until creamy (takes about 5-10 minutes)
Stir in 8 drops each of Valor, Panaway, Peppermint, and Lemongrass.
Whip until evenly combined and store in a glass jar in a cool and dark location.
Rub on muscles as needed.
