We love, love this dining room by @theheartandhaven! With classic white walls and wood and wicker chairs, this space pops with the addition of the blue herringbone wallpaper. We adore the size of this nook and the homey feel. Check out her updated look as well (black accent walls). Talk about gorgeous.
Get Casual with a Coastal Villa Feel
As one of the fabulous designs by Joanna Gaines for Fixer Upper, this Ivy House dining room offers so much! From a relaxed coastal feel to wood elements and slip-covered chairs, this is truly a space to spend some serious time in. In our Get This Look post for this dining room, we show you how to create this casual feel in your home. You might also wish to view our Coastal Dining Room Design post.

In this phenomenal dining room by @classyclutter, a bright shade of pink is added through dining chair color. With the simple farmhouse table and beautiful flowers, this room invokes a timeless style. An unusual and delightful chandelier adds character.
Try a New Design Trend: Bar Dining

The basement kitchen and dining room in this particular home offer bar seating and even a fun booth for guests. We are seeing a trend to include more bar seating in kitchens and we don’t think this trend is going away anytime soon. Busy families and time constraints make bar dining efficient and a little easier to clean.
Use Classic Dining Room Elements
Maybe you are one who prefers a dining space with more common wood tones. This room is grounded by a beautiful blue rug and flooded with natural light. Simple white curtains keep the room from feeling heavy and a small chandelier makes this room design feel achievable. Earthy table decor is perfect in a space like this.
Try White With Black Accents
Right on trend is this dining room by @thedailynest. Black accents paired with white have such a classy feel. We love the touches of green that keep this room lively. This is a great mix of modern and classic. The built-ins along the wall offer storage and shelving (for decor of course!). Also, be sure to check out our Get This Look: Fixer Upper Scrivano House Dining Room post, featuring traditional design elements. Love built-ins? Add Modern Flair
Love a modern feel? In a recent parade, we were mesmerized by this dining room. A fantastic sunburst chandelier makes the space. Clear glass centerpiece jars keep the space open and uncluttered. A modern table and chair perfectly complement the window frames and wall cabinet.
Go Country with Farmhouse Touches
With farmhouse style still in full swing, this dining room is a superb example. From the ceiling details, to the herringbone wood floor, we love it all. A black farmhouse pendant light is paired perfectly with antiqued dining chairs. Want to create a farmhouse look? Be sure to check out this Farmhouse Dining Room blog post.
Compromise with a Modern Farmhouse Design
Love the timeless feel of farmhouse but crave the simplicity of modern minimalism? Then, modern farmhouse might be just the thing for you! Exposed wood beams and wall paper are about all that adorn the walls of this room. A neutral rug and simple furnishings add beauty but not bulk. Add a gorgeous chandelier and you have a fabulous room!

We bought a new old house. 1910 bungalow. Am absolutely thrilled. The dining room has wallpaper which I love. A glass cabinet on each end of the window seat. I like round tables but I haven’t found one I like yet. I love the pink chairs. I also like the cute little nook. But no noooks around so back to my round table.
