I’d like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding efforts of the first person ever to bake a pie. Whoever you may be, I owe you a debt of gratitude. Not only I, but Americans everywhere thank you. Where would we be today, if we couldn’t use the expressions, “American as apple pie”, “easy as pie”, or “Let’s sit down and have some pie.” We’d be pie-less, that’s where we’d be.
Speak for yourself, but I don’t want to live in a place that doesn’t have pie.
A place that does have pie is my house at Thanksgiving. I’m going through my recipes this week, deciding what kinds of pie we are going to be noshing on at the end of our feast. Believe me, it is going to be hard to choose. I’m delighted to share a mouthwatering list of the best pies I’ve ever seen, today. (Try not to drool on your keyboards, okay?)

Well those look AMAZING! My best recipe that has been going crazy on Pinterest is my EASY no crust french apple pie (made with bisquick)
