Traditional Kitchen with Farmhouse Touches
To say this is a dream kitchen is no stretch. From the custom hood and herringbone tile backsplash to the lighted cabinets and pretty pendants, this kitchen is classy. The trend of using more natural wood is a hit and we don’t think it’s going away any time soon. Although the kitchen is windowless, lighting is abundant thanks to under-cabinet lighting and the lighted upper cabinets. And don’t miss the beauty of taking the cabinets to the ceiling! The light oak wood floor is inviting, a nod to popular farmhouse while still maintaining a timeless traditional vibe.

Timeless Living Room
In this room, we find fabulous wood beams and the farmhouse floor continued — the flooring looks a lot like Cassity’s white oak floor that she loves! A large wall of windows provides natural lighting to accentuate the size and style of the space. We are loving the mash-up of furniture styles! Sometimes, when decorating, we think everything needs to be matching. This room proves that many styles can blend to create a space that reflects your tastes. Be watching for a later post about this room and its decor. With modern, traditional, and farmhouse elements, it’s a showstopper.

Modern Traditional Home Office/Study
What we love, love about this home office is the simplicity. One wall is dedicated to built-in shelves. The dark cabinetry provides a timeless anchor for the room while the modern wood desk gives plenty of workspace and contrasts beautifully. The sconces add a pretty touch while the simple wall print and casual furnishings make us feel at home. Beautiful moldings bring character to the space.

Classic Traditional Style Master Bath
We just couldn’t help sharing the master bathroom. Isn’t the mini-brick backsplash tile gorgeous? The vanity pendant lighting is a unique idea; unobtrusive and elegant. This bathroom even includes a window seat with wall sconces and a roman shade.

The traditional design choices and neutral elements will help it weather the ever-changing design trends for years to come.
