DIY Polka Dot Confetti Drapes

I started June by sharing my favorite part of my oldest daughter’s room: the confetti drapes! They really pull the room together without looking too grown up for my little girl. Get the tutorial to make your own polka dot drapes here

Wonderful New Home Depot Windows

I was so thrilled to work with The Home Depot to replace my yucky old windows…2013-05-03 Installing the windows (11)

with these beautiful new windows!

They went above and beyond what they were required to do and they just did a GREAT job. Read the whole installation story here. And don’t worry, I’ll have a tutorial on those cute window shutters, soon!

Living Room Reveal and Interior Column Building Plans

We started a new series this month, called Get This Look, where we find some great inspiration photos and give you a handful of simple tips to achieve that look in your  home.  This month we did my Park House dining room (I’m a little bit biased, I LOVE that room!) and a pretty and tidy work bench
